Referral Process

If you have a patient in need of emergency veterinary services, have questions, or wish to discuss your patient’s case before referral, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We’re available to discuss the case with you over the phone. If you would like to move forward with a referral, please fill out our online form below or complete the fillable form and fax it to 252.321.6089.

We pride ourselves on making the referral process as easy as possible and will coordinate with you for a seamless transfer of records. 

Hours

Weeknights: 6pm-8am
Weekends: 24 hours
Holidays: 24 hours

ATTENTION: Due to positive COVID-19 cases within our staff, we will be closed Wednesday, January 12th, and will reopen on January 13 at 6:00 pm. If you are not sure if your pet has a true emergency, we encourage you to try one of our triage tools at https://pet-emergency-clinic.com/triage/ to assess your pet’s medical situation and needs. If your pet still needs to be seen, you can contact Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Wilson or Emergency Pet Hospital Of Craven and Carteret at Havelock.
